I wouldn't do business with Centro Properties/Brixmor Properties if they paid me too. They will wine and dine you to get you to lease from them, then they treat you as if you are a second class citizen. My leasing agent, Tracy Lojek is rude and abrasive. If you want to lease from a company that actually wants your business to succeeded then don't put your name on the dotted line with Brixmor f/k/a Centro. If it in not in writing don't trust their word! I do not know Mr. Worley nor have I ever talked to him, however, I have had business with his leasing agent. NEVER AGAINOne man told me he can to the shopping center I am located in and he tried 3 months to rent a space. NEVER GOT A RETURN PHONE CALL!
