this management is an absolute NIGHTMAREEEE first they threatened to charge me for damage to a canopy that i didnt do then when a torndado completely tore my own canopy OFF 11 months later i still have noththing and every time it rains it leaks not only into my own living room but into the poor people below me. then they tore apart the whole roof, made it literally rain in my apt, have cement fall on my face, unplugged the a/c, cars are constantly broken into and towed like the comment before me. and they could NOT possibly care less. i had to pay 150$ to have a guy plug the a/c on the roof back in and jim racek refuses to remburse me even tho they are the reason. the keypad to get in my building doesnt work and his response was it wont they are the rudest, least caring most rediculous people on the planet, avoid doing business with these people AT ALL COSTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
