This man, Nathan B Weiss, is unreasonable to deal with and makes unwarranted accusations towards his tenants. He is never willing to help when problems arise and personally, he is never around to oversee his properties. I would not recommend dealing with this business to anyone.

I wrote the previous review. I recant what I have written on 3/17/12 in it. Those were opinions written in anger and frustration, obviously not fully true. I would say that I have frustrating experiences as a tenant of this man's company. He is for the most part fair, and he abides to contracts.
