This rental company is worse than a nightmare. They will never return your calls and consistantly "lose" work orders on apartments that are crumbling to shambles! I waited 4 weeks to have my toliet fixed, and they only came after I threatened to get outside help. Same issue with a broken sink. Then again with a backed up bath tub. Today, AC went out in 106 degree weather and I have yet to hear back on this one! They promised a quick repair this afternoon, never showed and didn't seem to have a work order any of the 5 times I called today. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
