I want to warn home buyers and sellers to be careful if working with Susan Sealock. Susan Sealock was the seller's realtor when I purchased my home in the Mountain High neighborhood of Bend. Ms. Sealock willfully failed to disclose a material defect. The defect is the condemned water system in Mountain High. Susan Sealock was found at arbitration to have violated Oregon's Unlawful Trade Practices Act. I am filing a complaint with the state realtor's licensing board.
