Absolutely terrible. They raved about what a good tenant I was and how clean I kept things. I always paid early. Got my whole security deposit when I moved out but they kept the pro-rated rent. They felt "entitled" to it. The customer services is terrible at best. They never return a call and make you feel like you are a "pain" when you call. Bottom line is they owe me $ and keep put me off like I will go away
