One of the rudest men I have ever met. Came to do a two do a appraisal of my home and acted like he was doing ME a favor by being there. Arrogant and Cocky.. of what I'm not sure. Was afraid of my dog, a lab mix. Wouldn't come in my house until I sent her outside and then threatened to leave 3 times. DON'T HIRE HIM TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU, SELL YOU HOUSE OR APPRAISE IT! Especially if you have a dog. Not kind to animals and he certainly wont be kind to you!
