Do not rent from this man he his a horrible landlord. I recenlty rented from him and there were so many things wrong with the house. Leaks and broken floorboards, windows that are painted shut can you say fire hazard. His so called contractors are nothing more than handy men who know what the average person knows and do shitty work be sure to look at houses he shows they are in horrible shape. We had a crack in the roof under a cieling fan and he never fixed it. He is now trying to hold my security depsoit for missing ac window units and has dissapeared.
