Make sure you stay away from realtor Stuart Dearden. Our loan officer was unable to get clear to close by the dateline of the purchase agreement due to COVID and Bank IT issues, and we fell out of contract. He declined an extension of ONLY 4 DAYS. However, we continue the process and were ready to close within 4 days. Now he is asking $12K increase in purchase price and is keeping the $2K earnest money. Very insensitive, unethical and unprofessional. Be aware!
