This man is great to rent from if you like living in crappy, broken down, spider and roach infested, electrical hell of a "home." I would have been.better off living in a cardboard box. This guy is rude and very hard to deal with. Doesn't fix maintanance problems and would rather you fix his equipment. DO NOT RENT FROM JIM MERKT JR... OR FLORENCEMERKT (HIS MOTHER)
