I've never met a real estate professional that is more difficult to work with. Carol is unethical, has hidden undisclosed but much needed repairs on my home, and i have not yet had a conversation where she hasn't been literally yelling at me out of anger. I highly recommend against using this person in real estate. I'll be filing multiple law suits against this woman in the near future.
